It might seem obvious, but the phrase, shared by George Batsakis, CEO of Groundswell, characterizes the IT company’s approach to helping agencies reimagine their back-office technology at scale.

The company focuses on four areas to help agencies modernize and address technical debt: enterprise resource planning and business systems, legacy systems, workforce transformation and process efficiency, and automation.

When founding the company, Batsakis and his partners brought together different small businesses with the aim of addressing specific gaps that they saw in federal enterprise IT environments.
