Rick Diggs

Mr. Rick A. Diggs, a retired US Army finance officer and current Air Force civilian, is the Director of Curriculum for the Defense Financial Management & Comptroller School, Maxwell AFB, AL. He has spent the past 30 years working at various levels of Resource Management including over 17 years as a DoD FM educator. His research interests are Educational Psychology, Critical Thinking and Decision Making. He maintains certification as a CDFM-A and DFMC3. He and his wife, Janell, plan to celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary with a renewing of vows on Sanibel Island, FL, in August 2026.
