Scott Boozer

Mr. Boozer has served as an internal human resources executive in Fortune 50 companies, as well as providing consulting services and team-building activities for clients, in both the public and private sector. Mr. Boozer has led the leadership development function at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Florida Power & Light, and First Data. In the public sector, Mr. Boozer has provided human capital consulting services for the Departments of Homeland Security, Defense, Veteran Affairs, State, Justice, Agriculture, Commerce, Health and Human Services Housing and Urban Development, the Library of Congress, as well as the United States Postal Service. 

Mr. Boozer has conducted learning events in over 70 cities in over 8 different countries on 3 continents. His areas of interest include strengths-based leadership, talent management, succession planning, and individual and organizational development.  Mr. Boozer holds a Bachelor of Arts (with distinction and special honors) from Jacksonville State University, as well as a Master of Arts degree from Auburn University.  Mr. Boozer’s central belief is that once leaders discover their personal and corporate strengths and values, they can unleash the passion and potential of their people.
