Keith Dunn, CDFM

Keith M. Dunn is an attorney with the Navy Office of General Counsel, and currently is the Deputy Counsel for the Naval Sea Systems Command. Prior positions include Deputy Assistant General Counsel (Financial Management & Comptroller); Counsel, Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella; and Counsel, Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery. Keith is a Certified Defense Financial Manager and an active member of the American Society of Military Comptrollers. He holds degrees from Furman University, The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, The George Washington University, and Baltimore Hebrew University. He has received the Department of the Navy Meritorious and Superior Civilian Service Awards and in 2016 became the first recipient of the Navy Office of General Counsel Fiscal Law Achievement Award.
