John Baxley is a Data Engineer and Analytics Developer with over eight years of experience supporting Financial Management missions across Army acquisition organizations and G8/J8 Directorates. His work bridges the gap between raw ERP system data and the insights leaders need to make timely, informed decisions.

John specializes in building user-friendly Power BI dashboards and data products that support budgeting, execution tracking, and audit readiness. He has worked closely with both Army and Navy stakeholders to deliver solutions tailored to the unique challenges of the Department of Defense financial environment.

With deep expertise in SAP-based ERP systems, Microsoft Power Platform tools, and advanced analytics, John focuses on transforming financial data into operational value—without overwhelming end users with complexity. He is passionate about helping organizations get more out of their data while driving innovation in a secure, mission-aligned way.
In his free time, John enjoys playing guitar and enjoys collaborating with other musicians of various genres. He splits time living in Huntsville, Alabama and Oahu’s North Shore.
