Joe Cucchiaro

Joe joined mLINQS in 2020 and is mLINQS Director of Professional Services with responsibility over all clients. He has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology and project management. He holds a Bachelor of Science from St. Bonaventure University and an MBA from Loyola University Maryland.

Joe began his career as a Network Engineer and moved into IT leadership roles at THINQ Learning Solutions and T. Rowe Price. He later served as IT Director at Johns Hopkins Healthcare and Network Security Consulting. For the past 15 years, he has led complex technology integration projects for U.S. Government agencies.

He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and also holds Six Sigma Green Belt, Scrum Master, and ITIL certifications. Joe is known for delivering strategic, efficient, and results-driven technology solutions.
