Beth Neuffer

Ms. Beth Neuffer currently serves as the Director of Corporate Communications at the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS).Beth has been with DFAS over 20 years serving in multiple roles. She previously served as Director of Financial Management, responsible for facilitating the agency’s DAI G-Invoicing implementation and ensuring DFAS was prepared to transact as a buyer and seller with federal government trading partners and facilitating the DFAS Working Capital Fund billing process. 

From 2018_to 2021, Beth was Director of Accounts Payable for DFAS Indianapolis, supporting Army and Defense Agency vendor payments. She fulfilled duties as Director of DFAS Indianapolis Site Support from 2015 to 2018 where she was responsible for facilitating building operations. She also held positions with DFAS Resource Management and Information Technology.

Beth holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Ball State University’s Miller College. She is a Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM), and Level III Certified DoD Financial Manager.
